We are no longer able to offer free delivery due to liquidation and selling under our cost price. Therefore, we unfortunately have to charge half the shipping cost, equating to £4.50 (per order, VAT inclusive).

We ship with ParcelForce to ensure your order is safe and gets to you as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Sorry, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns

30-day Moneyback Guarantee

We want to give you the chance to return your order if it doesn’t meet your expectations. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Please email contact@holycosy.com to initiate the process by sending us your order number, full name, and reason for return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not received back in its original condition.

Once your return request has been accepted, and if it is due to a product fault, we will send you a label to print off that you must stick onto your product packaging. Please make sure the packaging is properly sealed and the label well attached and clear to see. Then, drop off your return package at your local post office. Once we receive and check the item(s), we will process the refund and send a confirmation email.

All items must be returned for us to process the refund – this means that if you buy a duvet set, the duvet cover and both pillowcases must be returned. If you send an incomplete item, we will not refund it or send it back, and the additional item’s return will have to be arranged at your own cost.

Please note: the 30-day Moneyback Guarantee scheme offers a full order/item refund but does not cover the return delivery cost. Refund will be processed as soon as we receive the return package.
